50 questions · 4 options · A4
A practice answer sheet for schools, coaching classes and self-study. The PDF is vector, so bubbles stay crisp at any print size. Print at 100% (actual size) on A4. It is not an official sheet of any exam body.
Why 100 questions is the most-used practice sheet
A hundred questions is long enough to feel like a real paper and short enough to finish in a class period or a weekend mock. Many coaching institutes run full-length subject tests of about this size, and schools use it for term-end objective papers. This page opens the OMR sheet generator already set to 100 questions: one A4 page, four columns of 25, every fifth row shaded, and bubbles labelled A to D.
What's on the 100-question sheet
| Section | Details |
|---|---|
| Header | Your institute's name, the test name and date, and "100 questions" |
| Candidate block | Lines for the name, class or batch and two signatures |
| Roll number | 6 digits by default (4 to 10 possible), each with a box to write in and bubbles 0–9 |
| Set code | A, B, C, D bubbles (or none) |
| Instructions | Five editable lines, plus a "how to mark" example |
| Answers | Questions 1–25, 26–50, 51–75 and 76–100 in four columns |
Change anything in the form: switch to 5 options, number the options 1–4, remove the roll-number grid, or pick another bubble colour. The page count stays at one.
Planning a 100-question mock test
- Split it into sections if the real exam does, for example 25 questions each from four subjects. The columns line up neatly with sections of 25.
- Make sets. Shuffle the questions into Set A and Set B, keep the set-code bubbles on, and make an answer key for each set.
- Print at actual size. In the print dialog, choose 100% or "Actual size" so the bubbles keep their size.
- Brief students on filling the roll number first, darkening bubbles fully and checking question numbers at every shaded band.
- Check fast. Lay the punched answer-key sheet over each response sheet, or type the answers into the Check answers tab for a score with negative marking.
Marking schemes you can try in the checker
- +1 for right, 0 for wrong: simple class tests.
- +4 for right, −1 for wrong: a common entrance-exam style; set it in the two mark boxes.
- +2 / −0.5 or any other pair: the checker accepts quarter marks.
The checker shows the score, the percentage and a grid of all 100 questions in green (right), red (wrong, with the correct option) and grey (not attempted), so students see where they lost marks.
Printing for a big batch? Download the PDF once and print or photocopy as many copies as you need; the vector PDF prints sharp bubbles to photocopy from. Everything on the sheet sits at least 6 mm from the paper's edge, inside the printable area of most printers.
This is a practice sheet, not an official sheet of any exam. Read the instructions printed on the real answer sheet on exam day, as rules on pens, corrections and marking differ between exams.

Frequently asked questions
Does a 100-question OMR sheet fit on one A4 page?
Yes. With the instructions and roll-number block at the top, the 100 questions sit in four columns of 25 rows below them, with bubbles big enough to fill comfortably.
Can I make it with 5 options (A to E)?
Yes. Choose 5 options; the bubbles adjust to fit. You can also number options 1 to 5 instead of A to E.
How much time should students get for 100 questions?
That depends on your test. Practise with the same time limit as the exam your students are preparing for, and include a minute or two at the end for checking the sheet.
Can I check 100 answers quickly?
Make an answer-key sheet (page 2) and lay it over each student's sheet, or use the Check answers tab: type the key and the student's answers to get the score with negative marking.
