1Addresses
Leave a blank line between addresses. You can also paste rows straight from Excel or Google Sheets (with a heading row like Name, Address, City, State, PIN, Phone). Hindi works too.

Shipping labels for parcels you pack at home
When orders start coming in through Instagram, WhatsApp or your own website, writing every customer's address on a parcel by hand becomes the slowest part of the day, and one wrong digit in a PIN code can send a parcel across the country. This page opens the address label maker in courier slip mode with cash on delivery selected, so you can go from an order list in Excel to printed shipping labels in a couple of minutes.
What each label shows
- To: the customer's name in bold, the address, city, state and phone number, sized to fit the slip.
- PIN code box: the six-digit PIN pulled out of the address and printed large, because that is what sorting staff look at first.
- COD or Prepaid badge: a black COD badge with the amount to collect, or a plain Prepaid badge, at the top right where the delivery person sees it.
- Order details: order number, weight and contents, with the order number also printed as a Code 128 barcode you can scan later when matching returns.
- From: your business name and return address, plus a line asking for return if undelivered.
From order sheet to labels
- Keep your orders in Excel or Google Sheets with a heading row. Use column names the tool understands: Name, Address, City, State, PIN, Phone, Order, COD, Weight, Contents. Extra columns are ignored.
- Select the heading row and the orders you are shipping today, copy, and paste into the address box.
- Type your own address under From once; it is remembered next time.
- Choose 2 slips per A4 for boxes, or 4 per A4 for pouches and small packets.
- Download the PDF, print at actual size, cut along the dashed lines and tape each slip to its parcel with clear tape over it.
If every order has the same COD amount or weight, type it once in the form instead of adding a column. Values in your sheet always win over the form, so mixed orders print correctly.
COD and prepaid in practice
Cash on delivery is still common for small online sellers, and a clear COD amount on the label avoids disputes at the door. Double-check the amount column before printing, since the courier collects what the slip shows, and keep your own record of which orders went out as COD. For prepaid orders, the Prepaid badge tells the delivery person not to ask for money.
Working with your courier
These slips carry your From and To details and order information. Use them as the address label wherever your courier lets you attach your own address slip. Larger courier and logistics services usually issue their own airway bill or booking label with a tracking barcode; stick that on as well, next to this slip, so both the address and the tracking number are visible. Can I print 4 shipping labels on one A4 sheet?
Yes. Choose 4 per A4 for A6-size slips (105 × 148.5 mm). Choose 2 per A4 for larger half-page slips that are easier to read on big boxes.
Does the barcode track my parcel?
No. It encodes your own order number so you can scan it when packing or handling returns. Tracking numbers come from your courier's airway bill or booking.
Can I print on 4 × 6 inch thermal label rolls?
This page makes A4 PDFs for regular inkjet and laser printers. The 4-per-A4 slip is close to A6 in size, so you can cut it out and tape it on in the same way.
