Ask every customer, not only happy ones, and never offer discounts or gifts for reviews. Google does not allow that.

A review stand that customers actually scan

A good moment to ask for a review is when the customer is paying and happy. A small stand at the billing counter, with a clear QR code and one friendly line, does the asking for you. This page opens the Google review link generator with the counter stand design selected. Paste your review link, add your business name, and download a PDF in the size of your stand.

The QR code holds your Google review link, so one scan opens the review box for your business. It does not pass through any tracking service and does not expire.

Sizes you can print

UsePDF sizeOn one A4 sheet

Insert for a larger stand or a frameA5, 148 × 210 mm2 (landscape sheet)

Card inside the bill folder or parcel89 × 51 mm (card design)10

Ready-made acrylic stands come in many sizes, so measure the slot before you print. The A6 and A5 sizes tile edge to edge on A4 with dashed cut lines; stickers and cards have crop marks. Print at Actual size / 100%.

Make it in five steps

  1. Copy your review link from Google Business Profile (Read reviews, Get more reviews, Copy) and paste it. If the tool warns that it is a profile link, follow the steps it shows.
  2. Add your business name and area. Keep the heading short, such as "Loved our service?".
  3. Pick a colour that stands out from your payment QR, so customers scan the right one.
  4. Choose the size under PDF print size and download.
  5. Print one copy, scan it with two phones, then print the rest.

Where a stand works well

  • Billing counter: at eye level, but a little apart from the UPI stand.
  • Restaurant tables: table tents, so customers can review while they wait for the bill.
  • Clinic or salon reception: people have a few idle minutes in the waiting area.
  • Hotel rooms and guest houses: a small card on the desk or with the room key.

Wording that follows Google's rules

Google's Maps content policy does not allow businesses to offer discounts, freebies or payment for reviews, or to ask only happy customers. So keep the stand to a simple request, show it to every customer, and never print offers such as "10% off for a 5-star review". Saying thank you is always fine.

A stand works well alongside a personal ask. The main tool also gives you ready WhatsApp messages in English, Hinglish and Hindi, so you can send the link after a home service or a delivery.

This tool is independent and not affiliated with Google.

Frequently asked questions

What size is a Google review QR stand?

There is no fixed size. Many ready-made acrylic stands take an A6 (105 × 148 mm) or A5 (148 × 210 mm) insert, but measure the slot in yours first. This page makes both sizes, plus an A4 table tent you fold yourself, 75 and 100 mm stickers and 89 × 51 mm cards.

How do I print the stand at the right size?

Download the PDF, open it and print at Actual size or 100%, not Fit to page. Check one print with a ruler before printing more. Printers leave a thin white edge on full A4 pages; cut along the dashed lines and it will not show in a stand.

Which paper should I use?

For an insert behind acrylic, normal photo paper or card is enough. A folded table tent needs thicker card so it stands up; ask your print shop what they stock. Laminate stickers and anything that will get wet or handled a lot.

Can I put the stand next to my UPI payment QR?

Yes, but make them look different, for example a star icon and a different colour for the review stand, and keep them a little apart. That way customers do not scan the wrong code when they pay.

Can the stand say that customers get a discount for a review?

No. Google's policy does not allow offering discounts, gifts or other rewards in return for reviews. Keep the wording to a polite request, such as Loved our service? Review us on Google.
