Holidays are from the Central Government list for 2027 (DoPT O.M. 12/2/2023-JCA, 16 July 2026). Festival dates can vary by region and by panchang, and Id dates depend on the moon, so check locally. Your details and logo stay in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

Giving away calendars at Diwali and New Year is an old habit of Indian shopkeepers, and it still works: a calendar is looked at every day, and people rarely throw it away before December. What to put on a shop calendar
- Shop name and tagline: what you sell in a few words, such as "Mobiles, accessories and repairs" or "Fresh sweets and namkeen".
- Phone and website: the number customers should call or message for orders.
- Address: with a landmark, so new customers can find you.
- Logo: a PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest. It stays in your browser.
- QR code: a UPI payment QR so customers can pay from the calendar, or a WhatsApp chat QR so they can send an order.
- Your own dates: anniversary sales, festival offers, or the day the shop is closed.
Which layout to hand out
The wall calendar gives the most space to your shop and suits homes and other shops. The desk calendar (A5 landscape) suits offices, clinics and counters, where people keep it on the table. The full-year page is the cheapest to print in bulk and works as a poster or a flyer. WhatsApp images cost nothing to share: send the new month's image to your customer group on the 1st, with your details on it.
Choosing a design for your trade

Hindi or English?
If most of your customers read Hindi, switch the calendar to हिंदी: months, weekdays and festival names change to Devanagari, and you can type your shop name and address in Hindi too. You can download both versions and print some of each.
Before you send it to the printer
- Download the PDF and print one copy at home or at the print shop.
- Read your phone number and address against the print.
- Scan the QR with two different phones. A UPI QR should open your name in the payment app; a WhatsApp QR should open a chat with your number.
- Check the festivals your customers care about against your local panchang.
- Ask the printer to print at actual size on thick paper; for desk calendars ask for spiral binding at the top edge.

Yes. Type them in 'Your own dates', one per line, like '01-11 Diwali sale starts'. They show with a star on the calendar and in the list for that month.
Which size should I print for customers?
A3 wall calendars are easy to read from a distance; A4 costs less to print. For table tops, use the A5 desk layout and have the pages spiral bound.
