About the NABARD Grade A uploads
Under Advt. No. 05/Grade A/2025-26 you pick one stream: Assistant Manager (RDBS), either General or a specialist discipline such as CA, Computer/IT or Fisheries, or Legal, or Protocol & Security Service. Applications ran online from 8 to 30 November 2025 through nabard.org. The form wants four scanned images: a recent passport-size colour photo, a signature in black ink, a left thumb impression and a declaration in your own handwriting, in English. For the declaration NABARD specifies white paper and black ink, while the thumb impression may be in black or blue ink. You upload the photo and signature after validating your registration, capture a live photo with a webcam or phone, then preview, Final Submit and pay. DigiLocker sharing is optional, and at the exam centre there is Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication.

NABARD Grade A handwritten declaration text
Write this in English, in your own handwriting, on white paper with black ink, then scan or photograph it and resize it with the Declaration option above:
I......................(Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.
How to resize your NABARD Grade A photo and signature
- The NABARD Grade A size is already selected above. Switch between Photo, Signature, Thumb, Declaration at the top.
- Upload a clear photo from your phone, or a scan or photo of your signature on white paper.
- Drag and zoom so your face (or signature) fills the frame. Use Rotate if it is sideways.
- For the signature, keep Clean background on so the paper turns pure white and the ink stays dark.
- Press Download JPG. The result shows the exact pixel size and KB, within the NABARD Grade A limits.
Tips so your NABARD Grade A upload is not rejected
- Swapping the photo and signature boxes during upload costs you your exam seat: NABARD will not let you appear.
- The online application is not registered at all unless the photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration are uploaded as specified.
- Have nobody else write your declaration, and write it only in English; NABARD treats any other version as an invalid application.
- The call letter name must exactly match your photo ID or you will be refused entry to the exam; this matters especially if your name changed after marriage.
- Use a recent colour photo with a plain light background and even light on your face, with no cap or dark glasses.
- Sign in black ink inside the space, and do not sign in capital letters unless the notice allows it.
- Open the downloaded file once to check it looks sharp before you upload it to the portal.

Can I change my photo or signature after Final Submit?
No. NABARD says no change is possible after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT button. Because an unclear face or signature may lead to rejection, check the preview and, if any image is not clearly visible, edit the application and re-upload it before you submit.
Is the DigiLocker option compulsory?
No. DigiLocker is built into the online form, and you may share issued documents such as Aadhaar and educational qualification documents, plus details like name, date of birth and gender, through it on a voluntary basis.
What should I carry for the exam-day photo and biometric checks?
Carry your Aadhaar card, because the centre does Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication and captures your biometrics and photo, so report well before the reporting time. Also bring the call letter with a recent recognisable photo affixed, preferably the one used at registration, and an original photo ID with a photocopy.
Can I take the NABARD Grade A photo with my phone?
Yes. Stand facing a plain light wall in daylight, hold the phone at eye level and take a sharp, front-facing photo. Upload it here, drag and zoom so your face fills the frame, and the tool saves it at the exact pixel size and KB range.
How do I check the size of my file before uploading?
The result box under the preview shows the exact pixel size and file size in KB. On a phone you can also open the file details in the Files or Gallery app. On a computer, right-click the file and open Properties (Windows) or Get Info (Mac).
What if my file is smaller than the minimum KB?
Small images can come out below the minimum even at full quality. This tool then adds a harmless comment block inside the JPG so the file reaches the minimum size, while the picture stays exactly the same.
