About the IBPS RRB Clerk uploads
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) is the Group B post in CRP RRBs-XV, open to graduates aged 18 to 28 who want to join a Regional Rural Bank in their chosen State/UT. It has its own application link on ibps.in, and selection rests on two online exams: Prelims, then Mains, with provisional allotment based on your Mains marks and no interview stage. You pick one State/UT in the form, the choice is final, and your exam centres must be in that state. Local language counts as well: having studied it in standard VIII or above meets the requirement, otherwise you get six months after joining to acquire it. Uploads come right after registration: photograph, signature, left thumb print, the English declaration you write by hand and your 10th certificate PDF, and a live picture is captured through a webcam or phone. Proof of your degree result is submitted at joining.

How to resize your IBPS RRB Clerk photo and signature

Tips so your IBPS RRB Clerk upload is not rejected
- Writing the declaration in capital letters, in a language other than English, or having someone else write it makes the Office Assistant application invalid.
- At the Mains, candidates who do not bring the stamped Prelims call letter and the stamped photocopy of their ID proof are turned away from the Mains.
- The signature, left thumb impression and declaration must all be your own; the notice says they should not be of any other person.
- If any uploaded image is smudged, blurred or unclear, including the 10th certificate, the application form is rejected, so check the preview before you submit.
- Use a recent colour photo with a plain light background and even light on your face, with no cap or dark glasses.
- Sign in black ink inside the space, and do not sign in capital letters unless the notice allows it.
- Open the downloaded file once to check it looks sharp before you upload it to the portal.

I do not have a left thumb. What should I upload for RRB Office Assistant?
Use your right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, use a finger of the left hand starting from the forefinger, then a right-hand finger in the same order, and if no fingers are available, the left toe. In every such case, write on the uploaded image which finger, hand or toe was used.
Should I keep my Prelims call letter after the RRB Clerk exam?
Yes. It is not collected at the Prelims venue; staff stamp it, and you keep it with the stamped copy of your ID proof. If you reach the Mains, bring both with the Mains call letter. At the exam your uploaded photo must be pasted on the call letter, with one extra copy of the same photo.
Can I take the IBPS RRB Clerk photo with my phone?

How do I check the size of my file before uploading?

What if my file is smaller than the minimum KB?
Small images can come out below the minimum even at full quality. This tool then adds a harmless comment block inside the JPG so the file reaches the minimum size, while the picture stays exactly the same.
