For many jobs in Hindi-speaking states, especially government, cooperative, school and local-body posts, applicants are comfortable writing their biodata in Hindi, and some offices prefer it. Filling it in
The form itself has English labels with Hindi samples, so it is easy to follow on any phone. Type each detail the way you want it printed. For names, use the same spelling as on your marksheets and certificates, in Hindi or English. Dates of birth are printed in Hindi month names, for example 15 अगस्त 2004, and the declaration date is filled in for today.
Tap one of the sample objectives (फ्रेशर, अनुभवी or सरकारी नौकरी) and edit it so it sounds like you. Under education, put the highest qualification first. If you have no job experience yet, tick "I am a fresher" and the कार्य अनुभव section is left out.
Hindi that prints properly
Hindi biodatas made in some apps break the matras or show boxes instead of letters when printed. Here the page is drawn with Noto Sans Devanagari or Tiro Devanagari Hindi, so characters like क्ष, त्र, ज्ञ and र्य stay correct in the PDF and JPG. In the Word file, Windows uses its built-in Hindi font.
Photo and signature
Add a recent passport-size photo, or keep the empty photo box (पासपोर्ट साइज़ फ़ोटो चिपकाएँ) and paste a printed photo after printing. At the bottom, the page leaves space above your name for हस्ताक्षर; add a signature image or sign the printout in ink. Many offices also want you to sign each photocopy of your certificates.
Before printing, check that your marks, years and board names match your marksheets exactly, because offices compare them during document verification.

Can I type my details in English on a Hindi biodata?
Yes. The headings and labels are in Hindi, but each detail stays exactly as you type it, in Hindi or English. Many people write names and board names in Hindi and email addresses in English.
What is the declaration (घोषणा) in a Hindi biodata?
A line such as 'मैं घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि ऊपर दी गई सभी जानकारी मेरी जानकारी और विश्वास के अनुसार सत्य एवं सही है।' followed by place, date and signature. The tool picks करता or करती from the gender you select.
